It is located on the major road that leads to Lodha, Gera Planet of Joy on the right, and Panchsheel Tower on the left. It was launched almost a year ago, and there is no litigation over the nearly 20-acre plot of land. Eleven high-rise towers with several excellent amenities are planned. I loved its location.

I think Pristine O2 World has a reduced risk profile than under-construction or affordable developments because of its established developer reputation and premium location. Also, I believe the rental yields here will increase as Kharadi continues to grow as one of Pune's most powerful IT-driven micro-markets.
While ROI may not increase dramatically in the short term, the negative risk is minimised. Premium landscaping, lifestyle amenities, and brand recognition all contribute to long-term resale value. Ideal for high-net-worth individuals who want to preserve their capital while also growing it. The possession date as of now is in December 2028, so I booked a 2.5 BHK at Rs. 1.36 Crores.
