I anticipated a quick and easy application process when I applied for a personal loan from Piramal Finance. But the approval process took a lot longer than anticipated. The loan took almost two weeks to disburse, despite the customer support team's initial assurance that it would happen in a few days. I was disappointed by the delay and lack of transparency, even though I eventually received the loan.

My experience with Piramal Finance was quite decent. I had taken a personal loan from them a couple of years back for my sister’s wedding, and the entire process was very smooth and uncomplicated. I took a loan of Rs. 10 lakhs at an interest rate of 13% for the period of 3 years and my EMI came out to be Rs. 33,694, which was quite reasonable for us. Although the interest rate was comparatively higher, we were able to repay it within the time. Also, the bank manager was extremely cooperative and supportive the entire time, till the closure. This is my honest Piramal personal loan review.

I am writing this Piramal Finance personal loan review to share my dissatisfying experience with them last year. I took a personal loan of Rs. 10 lakhs for my sister’s marriage at an interest rate of 13%. I have paid around Rs. 6.5 lakhs for 2 years now. When I enquired about the closing procedure, they said the due balance is 6 lakhs as the interest rate keeps changing every six months.
