We were facing a lot of difficulty in finding buyers for our house. After contacting several people, we thought of taking the NoBroker super relax plan and see if it helps us get a buyer. The plan's validity is 3 months, which I think is a sufficient period. Their RM looks for buyers and connects them directly, so that is a good thing to have. One thing I liked was the complete property promotion they did on Facebook, through which I received some calls.
