From the skyscraper, there are wonderful views of the Arabian Sea and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. Along with a host of other amenities, the building has a fully functional gym, massage rooms, and a yoga area. The complex also has jogging tracks, tennis fields, and swimming pools.

My brother stays in this project from 2021, so let me share my Nathani Heights review. I just loved this project. It is a huge structure situated directly across from Mumbai Central Station. Undoubtedly, the building is the focal point or gem of South Mumbai. My brother has been residing on the 30th floor.
The ambiance is amazing. You can enjoy the view of Marine Drive from the balcony. Parking is also available on six floors. My brother purchased a 3 BHK here and the Nathani Heights 3 BHK price was Rs 7 crore. I believe this is an excellent project for living and even for investment.

In 2021, I visited this project when I was looking for a good society for my family in Mumbai Central. With 72 stories and 262 meters, this project is among the top 5 tallest buildings. But, I felt Nathani Heights 4 BHK price was way too high. Undoubtedly, the views from the upper stories were worthwhile. It was very close to Mumbai Central Station. There was parking available in the complex. However, it was out of my budget, so I didn’t purchase a flat at that time here.

Also, after seeing the Nathani Heights location, I decided not to check into other projects because I was so thrilled with everything. But now that I have the budget, I'm going to see this project and, if all goes well, I'll purchase a 4BHK here.
