Your house number is usually recorded in local authority’s documents. You can check out house details and land records by accessing land records from the sub registrar office. If you are not sure where to look for house number, you can check the property documents, it is generally present there. You can also ask around.
If you have misplaced your property documents then you must file FIR and take its copy to the sub registrar’s office to get duplicate property documents.
