The total project area is 8.25 acres, and the size variants of the apartments here range from 645 to 2460 sq. ft. What I liked about this project is its location.

Manipal Hospital, Sarjapur: 20 minutes
New Horizon College of Engineering: 2.4 km
Embassy Tech Village Road: 3.2 km
HAL Old Airport Road: 20 minutes
Apart from this, you can easily get to schools, top hospitals, restaurants, grocery shops, and a bus stop nearby. Also, the rental value will be higher, so you can get a high ROI. I will rate it 5 out of 5.

I am very impressed with Meda East Winds in Panathur, Bangalore. The project is situated in a prime and serene region with convenient access. Just 1.4 km from Bellandur Railway Station Road and 20 minutes away from Bangalore Central. Their floor plans are sensibly conceived, and the amenities are well-organised. Throughout my interaction, their sales team remained professional and transparent. They guided me in an extremely professional and friendly manner. Mainly because of the location, I booked a 2 BHK + 2T of 1070 sq. ft. at Rs. 1.07 Crore.

Meda East Winds is one of the high-rise projects with excellent connections. I think this is a great period to invest in or purchase this project, as it will be completed in 2028. Their plans for the 3 BHK are carefully thought out. However, the remaining bedrooms in the 1520-square-foot home are slightly smaller. They provide two balconies with utilities, which is a benefit. I really liked the walk-in wardrobe provided to each unit.
I really liked the builder's idea of including one storage space in kitchens as an extra extension in larger three-bedroom homes. I did not notice any of the builders giving that. Construction is also in full swing. The only drawback is that it has a very small bathroom. I finally booked a 3BHK here, and I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my Meda East Winds review.
