I was personally very impressed with this project that is why I am writing a Matoshree Pride review. Matoshree Pride offers many amenities including swimming pool, Gym, Club house, Intercom, Children’s play area, Community Hall, golf course, library, maintenance staff, power backup, jogging track and many more. Facilities as such are rare to find although the prices have not been disclosed yet but I inquired a bit around and I found out that flats here can be anywhere between Rs. 3 to Rs. 5 crores. I have kept this property into consideration.

Hi, I visited Matoshree Pride recently as I was in search of new flats in the area. I was particularly looking for 2 BHK flats and the Matoshree pride offered me so. Firstly, I had a look at the property and discussed various factors with the builders such as Matoshree Pride Unit Size which for 2 BHK was 1175 Sq Ft. Next, the architecture of the room was very well designed as there was sufficient sunlight and it was built in a manner to provide a scenic view from the balcony. Matoshree Pride 2 BHK price was 3.4 Crores which was the only reason why I did not choose to go ahead with the property, you can find better 2 BHK flats at a lesser price.

is a perfect space for people who are choosing to live with their families. Their facilities are very functional and the landmark is very convenient. For example there are three different Metro stations starting from 4 Kms, nearest hospital is 1.4 Kms away with less traffic, and for utility and entertainment purposes malls and Shopping Centres are only 2 Kms away. This makes the project's location advantageous, providing good connectivity to the city's key areas and commercial zones. This project is a well-established location wise and that is why I am considering investing here.
