I have an apartment in Maker tower, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. The most beautiful and outstanding feature of why I really bought this property is that it is facing the Arabian Sea and thus the justification of the price. But, for me this apartment was the best decision, it has all the amenities that every other apartment has but with a better view. Although yes, there might be some inconvenience in the transportation in this area, but I have my own car to work around. If you have business in the area, this is a good investment option from both a self-owned and rental perspective. Cuffe Parade will see further property appreciation for sure.

On my visit to Maker Towers, the very first thing I observed was the price as mentioned by the user above, it was quite out of my budget but I still wanted to explore what they had to offer for such a high price. I found the property pretty average, I felt like I can find much better properties at a lesser price than this. There were other properties in the area as well, I will plan on visiting them and check whether they are worth it or not.

My friends recently bought a place at Maker Tower and were telling me about this project. The Maker tower unit configuration offered 2,3 and 4 BHK apartments. I got to know about Maker tower 2 BHK price range lies between Rs. 5.6 to Rs. 5.75 crores, while 3 BHK price is Rs. 26 crores. To understand the price range, he asked the Maker Tower Unit area and it was somewhere between 1024 to 2100 Sq Ft. I plan on visiting the property soon to get a deeper insight myself.
