Pretty good place. The starting rate is close to 2.4 crores for the 2 BHK, with the posh area in mind and the high rates of Mumbai, it does seem like a nice deal. The amenities here are also just like you’d see at any other modern, upcoming society. There is a gym, pool, jogging track, gardens and all. But yes, there is also jacuzzi, which is something I haven’t seen at any other places we have gone to check out thus far. We are still looking at more options before we finalise.

You will find 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments here. I’d say when we visited to see the condition of the property ourselves, one thing that stood out was the location. Although it is in Navi Mumbai, the newly opened international airport, along with Palm Beach Road like 20 minutes away. The locality itself, Seawoods West, is a premium area, so lifestyle wise I did see the potential and also for future returns. The Seawoods Mall and station are like close by too, so it is a well rounded property.
