Last month we had a family get together where my aunt was telling my mom how an Interpleader complaint got raised in her locality regarding a property and how the case is still going on. No one knows who is telling the truth for which a lot of chaos happens almost everyday there. I grew very curious and wanted to know what is Interpleader Suit and so asked my mother about it. Things are very complicated in such matters so let me explain what I got to know about it in brief here.
