What is 10C form in PF?
To claim the benefits for the employee pension scheme it is important to fill out Form 10C. To claim the contribution made by your employer that has already gone to the EPS scheme can be withdrawn with the help of Form 10C.

Who is Eligible to apply for the Form 10C?
An individual who has left his/her service before completing 10 years or an individual who has attained 58 years of age before completing his 10 years of employment can apply for the Form 10C.
An individual between the age of 50 to 58 is eligible for the Form 10C if he/she has completed 10 years of service.
Family/nominee can claim employment benefits with the Form 10C if the person who died completed 10 years of service and the age of the individual was above 58 years.
You can use Form 10C for:
Employer share refund
Scheme certificate for member retention
Withdrawal Benefits.
