Hi, I am planning to visit this project over the weekend. I got to know that the DSR Evoq project is a RERA registered project and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/271025/008195. The price of 2 BHK starts from Rs. 1.25 Cr, and the price of 3, and 4 BHK starts from Rs. 1.64 Cr, which I think is standard in this locality. Overall, I think this is a nice project to invest in.
