What is the Vision of CIDCO NAINA Project?
It is a planning framework made in Maharashtra, India, by the CIDCO. Under section 40(1) of the MR & TP Act, 1966, the Maharashtra government designated CIDCO as the Special Planning Authority for an area of 560 square kilometers, which included 14 villages in the Thane District and 256 villages in the Raigad District.
In order to control land use and development activities, the planning authority has established several zones inside the notified area, including residential, commercial, industrial, and green zones within the CIDCO Naina framework.
