Hi, I am planning to visit this project over the weekend. I got to know that the Bren Aspera project is a RERA registered project and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/300622/005028. The price starts from Rs. 1.54 Cr onwards, which I think is standard in this locality. The exciting part that I heard about this project is their 3 BHKs are meticulously planned with hi-tech features like EV charging provisions and energy-saving devices.

I recently visited the Bren Aspera project, which spans across 4.37 acres. The project provides 3 BHK apartments. There are several amenities like a 22000+ sq. ft. clubhouse offering 25+ amenities, from courts and pools to the Bren Fitness Studio. I really liked their floor plan. It consists of 2 types of 3 BHK floor plan: 3 BHK type 1 with a saleable area of 1627 sq. ft., 3 BHK type 2 with a saleable area of 1682 sq. ft., 3 BHK type 3 with a saleable area of 1563 sq. ft., and 3 BHK type 4 with a saleable area of 1680 sq. ft. This is a ready to move property, and the possession was done in November 2025.

I have invested here, and this will definitely yield a good ROI, as locationally, this project is very good. Some of the locational advantages of Bren Aspera project are:
