The project size is just 13 units and the project area is 0.20 acres. It is located in the heart of Santacruz which is one amongst the many reasons for its high price. But the society and property is really well maintained.

Hello, I would like to tell you about AP Cosmos as I recently moved here with my family. AP Realty are pretty renowned builders in the city, I don’t doubt them quality or construction wise. I chose AP Cosmos because of its brilliant features, it is the definition of luxury. AP Cosmos location is pretty great. My kids' school is just 6 kms away from the location and so is my office, I drop them off in the morning which is a great feeling. AP Cosmos amenities is my family’s favorite feature, we enjoy a lot by the swimming pool, at Children’s park. My partner and I hit the gym together and spend a great time. We are loving our time here.
