- Affordability:
the best part I feel is that while sub-penthouses offer a touch of luxury, they actually come at a lower price point than penthouses. I think its not a bad deal at all and one of the most attractive features of a sub-penthouse.

What is a penthouse?A penthouse refers to an apartment that is usually located on the top floor of a high-rise building and is way more spacious than all the other apartments. They have a deluxe floor plan and their rent or price is also way higher than other apartments.
The main point of difference between an apartment and a penthouse is that an apartment is a simple domicile unit in any part of the building. But the latter is way more spacious and mostly located on the roof as an outhouse apartment providing a great view as well.
What is a sub penthouses?
Sub penthouse is usually used with a word to describe it as a substitute. For example in sub-penthouse, the word sub is used to state that the penthouse has fewer features than that of an actual penthouse.
In my case, the sub-penthouse was situated on the top floor but it did not encompass the entire floor. It also lacked a luxurious design so the owner termed it as a sub-penthouse and rented it out for a lesser price.
