You know it is really a subjective question. What qualifies as a good house for me might not be the one for you. Nonetheless, I will try to tell you about it and the features of good house here that I feel are important. I would like to hear from you as well what you think about it.

A good house in my opinion is the one where you can chill and feel comfortable. Honestly for me it is all about comfort and being at ease. For some people, there is a huge list of requirements which qualifies as a house. Probably I am more about the vibes than any materialistic requirements (of course, the basics should be there).
What are the qualities of a good house?When it comes to pointing out features of good house, these are a few things to look for as per my belief:
It should be well lit
There should be proper ventilation
The location of the house should be close to schools, hospitals, entertainment centres and day-to-day grocery shops.
A good house should feel inviting and must contain positive vibes
I should feel safe in my house of course. The locality should be crime free
The design of the house should be such that it doesn’t feel claustrophobic
Construction quality should be good to withstand the different weather conditions
