It is a credit card that is issued in partnership between the bank and a merchant/affinity group/ retailer. These cards usually have a merchant's logo and provide merchant-specific benefits to the cardholder. Co brand credit cards are sponsored by two parties.
Usually, these cards are issued in partnership with bank networks such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express along with merchandise. Co-brand cards work the same as regular credit cards. The cardholder will have to pay monthly EMI, and get charged interest on the credit amount.
