Here is how the professional movers I hired pack a truck.
To create a sturdy foundation, they initially loaded big, heavy objects like bulky appliances, huge furniture, or big cartons.
The lengthier furniture (mattresses, headboards, sofas, etc.) was then positioned upright against the vehicle’s long walls.
After that, they placed lighter objects on top, such nightstands, tables, and smaller boxes.
Finally, they filled in gaps to stop things from shifting during the move by using moving pads.
