SRA builder not paying rent has been an issue. Many people have complained against builders on the same. If your redevelopment builder not paying rent then you can file an official complaint in the consumer forum. You can send a legal notice to the builder and ask him to pay the dues. The builder is obliged to pay the rent as decided in the agreement.
