The property is located on the Dinne Anjaneya Swamy Temple Road in Haralur. The locality is quite nice, being not too far from major commercial areas like Sarjapur Road and Marathahalli. The Haralur bus stop is within 1 km from here and the Karmelaram train station is also about 9 km away. In terms of healthcare, there is the Sure Foundation Medical Centre, Spring Hospital and Bangalore Dental Hospital around 15-20 minutes away. The PVR Soul Spirit is also 5 km from here.
You’ll find 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats here with a total of 155 units and the condition of the flats is decent enough. You can consider this as an option for sure.

Hello. We recently checked out a 1 BHK apartment. The Zonasha Vista price was one of the reasons behind our decision to consider the place. The price per sq. ft. was around Rs. 7,480 per sq. ft., which is pretty good, given the current market of Bangalore. The property is built over a big area of 3 acres with enough parking space for both 2 and 4-wheelers.
One thing I liked was the greenery and architecture of the society. It has a modern look with a blend of nature, which makes the place appealing to live in. The property is about 9 years old, but the maintenance has taken care of the flats in my view. They are in nice condition, which further increased our interest.

We have a 2 BHK in this society and the living experience thus far has been kind of a mixed bag. The property is well-constructed with decent modern amenities. There is a swimming pool, gym, park, children’s play area, badminton court, indoor games, jogging track and more. The flats are also built keeping Vastu in mind. However, the connecting road sees a lot of congestion and because it is narrow, commute is a bit of an inconvenience. You also observe foul smells at times, which need to be fixed. If they work on these issues, the property overall is a good one to stay in.
