I recently came across Yoo Pristine, Akurdi (Pune) and it honestly feels like one of the best projects I’ve seen in a long time. The flats are well-architectured with excellent space utilisation, giving a proper luxury feel. A big plus is the extra storage space, which is a unique USP. I also had a great experience with Mr. Avishek from the sales team, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and resolved all my doubts without rushing. Considering the Mumbai Pune Highway connectivity and the upcoming metro station, this project feels value for money. Great option for luxury + location.

Yoo Pristine is an under construction project in Akurdi, which we visited a month back. There are 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK homes with 4 towers in the project. I’d say one thing we liked was the space of the homes. The 3 BHK we had gone to see has a carpet area of 1130 sq. ft. The project area is also pretty big, I think 6 acres and the homes are being constructed with Vastu-friendly design, which is something we needed, so we went ahead with the booking.

Hi. My partner and I checked the 2 BHK in this project recently and had a mixed experience. The team was good and professional in showcasing the project, walking us around, and sharing the amenities in the plan, which were a lot. There is going to be a tennis court, gym, AC, swimming pool, visitor’s parking, Vastu compliance, children’s playing area and more. However, the price point of Rs. 97 lakhs as the starting point had us drop off. So, we did not go ahead with the purchase.

I’d say this is a decent project if you are looking to settle in Pune. The 4 BHK we saw was extremely big, with 1532 as the carpet area. The good thing is the connectivity of this project. With the PCMC Metro nearby and convenient travel to areas like Hinjewadi, Chakan and other tech zones. The property rates are a little steep, so we are still in the consideration phase, comparing this with the other projects right now.
