Hey there, I have a 3 BHK flat in this society. I can share my experience with my Yash Orion review. The area of the house is impressive. You can find transport means and entertainment spots nearby. There’s the Goregaon Railway Station bus stop 1 km away, while the Ram Mandir train station is 3 km away. Also, The Hub Mall and Carnival Cinemas are roughly 1-2 km from the property, which makes the Yash Orion location really good.
There is a decent amount of greenery with ample walking space, so it helps build a routine of jogging, being in nature, and interacting with others in society. You can surely consider a flat in this society.

Hi, we live in a flat in Yash Orion. We bought this flat in 2018 and have been living well here. Although the building is old, it has been maintained well. Also, you get a lot of amenities, which help us enjoy our weekends and even stay active. There is a swimming pool, a gym, a children’s play area, a jogging track, a badminton and basketball court and lots more. Apart from all this, you have a decent space allotted for parking. The house interiors were something that we liked and they have retained their quality up till now. You can see this flat as an option.

I was looking for a 2 BHK in Mumbai with my partner and we visited this property for the same. We were interested in it after hearing about the Yash Orion unit configuration, which has 2 and 3 BHK flats. Luckily, we were able to get a 2 BHK available on sale. One of the reasons for considering this property was its location as Goregaon was our preferred area to buy a house in. Also, the carpet area of the flat is another plus. The Yash Orion unit size for the 2 BHK apartment is 850 sq. ft., which is pretty nice.
Although we liked almost everything here, we couldn’t make the deal because of budget constraints. But, we’d recommend you first see the property for yourself.
