Hi. We have been living in Pune for the past 5 years and finally decided to buy our own home. Have been looking for the past 6 months and checked this upcoming project by VTP, which is in Kharadi. There are 2, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK homes with 9 towers of 30 to 32 storeys. There is ample space for parking, I think 4 floors. The 2 BHK we saw had a decent enough carpet area of 857 sq. ft. There are 2 BHK homes which are smaller, too, with a price difference. I’d say it is a decent project with a mix of things. We are keeping this under consideration, but are still exploring other options.

Pretty nice amenities, I would say. They have kept vehicle free zones for joggingṄ and cycling, which I found thoughtful. There is 24/7 light and ventilation, a temple, sports zones and a work from home space too. When we saw the 3 BHK, we were still looking at a couple of other options, but finally decided to go ahead with this one. I’d say the area of the house is pretty spacious, with 1457 sq. ft. as the carpet area. It can be kept as a good 3 BHK option for sure if you are looking to settle in Pune.

Location wise, I think this is a well positioned property. Essentials like hospitals and transport options are not that far, either. It is like 5 to 10 minutes away from the Nagpur Highway, so connectivity is quite nice. We also checked for RERA approval and the project has gotten approval. We will look at a few more things and see if we’d be finalising this one.
