Hi, This project’s location is quite strategic. It is just 5.7 km or 16 mins from the Koyambedu metro station, and 2.6 km, or 8 mins from the Aishwarya Nagar bus stop.
When my friend visited this project she asked about the VNR Hywinds possession date. To this, the sales team informed her that it would be around December 2027. She also said that this is a RERA registered project and the VNR Hywinds RERA number is TN/02/Building/011/2024. Overall, she liked the project and was planning to book a unit here.

I am writing this VNR Hywinds review, based on my recent visit here. I am impressed with this project, and specifically with the sales team. The VNR Hywinds address is near Swami Vivekanada Arts and Science College, Vanagaram, Maduravoyal, Chennai. According to me one of the plus points of this project is that they offer Vastu-compliant apartments. There are several amenities provided by this project.
