I got a call from a friend of mine, who informed me about the VKG Park Estate. He told me that they have 3 BHK units and I should check it out since I was interested in purchasing one. Thus, I decided to visit the site along with him.
After arriving, I asked about the VKG Park Estate 2bhk and 3bhk price, which the executive told me was starting from Rs. 1.90 Crore and could go up to Rs. 2.95 Crore. After that, I also asked about the VKG Park Estate possession date, which he informed me was December 2025. Since the possession date was quite near and I needed a 3BHK unit, I decided to book one.

Last week, I received a call from my sister, who was interested in purchasing an apartment from VKG Park Estate. She asked me to visit the site along with her and informed me that she had gone through a couple of VKG Park Estate reviews. She also said that the VKG Park Estate address is Chakala Cigarette Factory, Navpada, Vile Parle East, Vile Parle, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400047.
We visited the site and inspected the amenities they were providing. The executive told us that they have amenities such as a swimming pool, kids' area, gym, library, banquet hall, etc. The executive also talked about the VHG Park estate construction status, which was about 80% complete.
