I booked a 2 BHK apartment in this project. Locationally, this project is prime. It provides easy access to important locations including Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Magarpatta, and Koregaon Park because it is situated along the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway.
However, my only concern is that the possession timeline has been extended to December 2029.

The water supply is through corporation and a borewell facility is also there. I am planning to book a 2 BHK property in this project. The carpet area of a 2 BHK flat here ranges from 710 sq.ft to 730 sq.ft. They have also received RERA, and the RERA ID is P52100046510, P52100077455.
