Wonderful project with an outstanding layout and amazing sales staff. The quality of the fixtures they are going to use is too good. I found them to be very transparent and humble. A week ago, I booked a 1625 sq ft 3 BHK here at Rs. 1.5 crores for my parents. It has a high-quality flat with the best fixtures inside, such as electricals, floor tiles (large size), bathroom fixtures, and so on. No builder in Hyderabad has been provided with such high-quality, top-brand materials.
I was amazed to see the builder use RO water throughout the project, which set it apart from others. The price is also 15% to 20% lower than other projects when compared to the main players in Tellapur, Hyderabad. 9/10 from my side to this property.
