When I recently visited Vikas Kunj to check out the project before investing in it, the Vikas Kunj amenities really stood out to me. There is a well maintained badminton court which my daughter loves as she is interested in playing badminton. There is also a kids play zone which is really fun and exciting for my 4yr old son. There is also an ATM in the vicinity for quick cash if ever needed. And a very important thing is that it is a gated community, so the security is very top-notch. There is also a very good area available for parking, which is very convenient. All this made me more inclined towards investing in this property.
