The apartments are big and spacious. It also receives a good amount of sunlight and fresh air. I also found the property well-managed with a tight security who works round the clock. The only thing that’s keeping us from finalising is that we found the Vedant Sumeet Elite price list a bit over our budget. It starts from Rs. 63 lakhs, and we are exploring some more options. But if everything goes well, we may take a chance and purchase a flat here, because I found the place very pleasing and secure.

I visited the Vedant Sumeet Elite location around last month with my partner, and we found many good things about it. It’s in an excellent location in Thane and offers good connectivity because the Thane bus stop is merely 5 to 10 minutes away. There are many other bus stops and train stations nearby, which can be very suitable for people commuting regularly. We are looking specifically at properties close to our offices, and this one suits best as per our needs.
Now coming to the offerings, this project has an enormous tower with 240 units of 1 and 2 BHK apartments, with a size of 412 sq ft to 581 sq ft. The rooms are as per Vastu, and there are facilities like a gym, parking space, lift, etc. I’ve also read pretty good Vedant Sumeet Elite reviews online, so although we haven’t made the final decision yet, it’s there on our priority list.
