Decently spaced homes with a good floor plan, in my opinion. You get 750 and 839 sq. ft. carpet area. There are rooftop amenities and many other amenities which we haven’t found in any other projects thus far. There’s a library, amphitheatre, badminton court, housekeeping, tennis court, visitor parking and the homes are also Vastu compliant, something which we were looking for. We just finalised the deal for the project.

This is a single tower project in Chokkanahalli, Thanisandra Main Road. Vajram is good builder and we did quite some research before actually seeing the project on site. There are around 270 units of 2 and 3 BHK homes and we saw the 2 BHK here. The total project area is 2.3 acres, so the property overall is quite big. The best thing in my opinion, is the 70 percent open area for amenities and green cover. We are still considering other options, but the place looks good.

The project is RERA approved and like has good connectivity. The Thanisandra Railway Station is less than 3 km from here and the bus stop is also 5 minutes away. Several hospitals are also spread around the project, so overall, the neighbourhood is a good one. We are yet to see the 3 BH flat in person, but there will be 2 balconies in each home, walk-in wardrobes and the homes are being built as per Vastu. So, all of these things have us interested.
