My experience with Usha packers and movers was neither too good nor too bad. They are professionals who use good packaging materials to pack the goods and do on-time delivery but the issues I faced were:
Once my goods got loaded, I was not given proper updates about where they were or how much time it would take to get them.
The vehicle they provided was smaller than what we expected and promised.
They charged a nominal fee while unloading the goods, which was unexpected
Overall, it was good but I will rate them 3/ 5.

I recently used Usha Packers and Movers for a move within Hyderabad, and the experience was disappointing. Their service was not up to the mark as they arrived late and seemed unorganised. Several items were mishandled, resulting in damages.
They used local and poor quality packaging items, due to which several of my goods, like our 2-seater, lamp stand and others, were damaged. They did not pick up our calls nor did they give me proper updates about our belongings. It was frustrating. They were unprofessional and unethical. It was supposed to take just 7 hours but they delivered the goods after 13 hours.
I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and stress-free move.
