Though the project completion date is late, the Urbando Evorise RERA number (N/35/Building/0607/2024) has already been assigned, which is really a good thing. I have heard that the Urbando Housing LLP Builder is also good and is popular for providing quality properties at affordable prices. I have not yet got the time to check it out, but here are some features I learnt about it:
Properties here range between 691 sq ft and 958 sq ft
The project enjoys good road connectivity
The area is safe at night
Cabs and autos are easily available from here

We are interested in this project, mainly because of the Urbando Evorise address. It is near Bharat Petroleum & CNG Bunk, Tambaram, Perumbakkam. I have been to this project, so let me tell you some prominent landmarks near this project:
The Chemmenchery S.C.B bus stop is just 4.4 km away
The Adithya Bone and Joint Speciality Clinic is around 5.1 km from here
Apollo Diagnostics is 2.7 km away
Minminiz Play School is 5 km away
Miraj Cinemas is 4.3 km away
I even found an ample number of grocery shops and markets near this project; hence, we are considering having a property here. Since the Urbando Evorise possession date is late, December 2032, we will wait a couple of years more before investing here.
