When I was searching for a home, this project stood out as I found the Unitech Cyber Park price affordable. After living here for almost a year, I feel I made the right choice. The structure itself is quite old. The building offers somewhat mediocre amenities and is situated on a corner. Although it\'s close to the metro station, the location and accessibility are good. However, the facility has a pretty drab vibe, and there are relatively few dining areas. Here the starting area is 2300 sq. ft. 

It’s a RERA-registered project and the Unitech Cyber Park RERA number is P51700003222, which gave me confidence during the purchase. Since the place has been ready for 10 years, I didn’t have to wait to move in, and it’s been a peaceful experience since.

I took an office into the Unitech Cyber Park about 1.5 years ago, and its amenities have made life so comfortable. This office complex is situated in the heart of Gurgaon. Leading Indian and international corporations are based here. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. I feel secure with 24/7 running water, electricity, and security for my employees. Apart from this, it offers rainwater harvesting and power backup to ensure sustainability. With so many features packed into a ready-to-move-in flat, I’m thrilled we chose this place.
