I have been staying in Baner since 2014, and now I decided to get my own house. I enquired about the available properties in the area through NoBroker. I got this project along with a Unique Skylinks address and decided to pay them a visit.
After visiting the project, I asked about the Unique Skylinks 3BHK and 4BHK price and carpet area. Following that, I even enquired about the RERA number, which the executive told me was P52100055408. Following that, he provided me with the price and the carpet area of the units, which I have mentioned below. The price of the 3BHK he mentioned was in my budget, and thus I decided to book a unit.

After arriving at the location, I asked about the status of the construction. The executive told me that the project was under construction and Unique Skylinks possession date would be close to June 2027, but it can change as well. Following that, I checked the amenities they were providing, and after that, I decided to book a 3 BHK unit.
