I looked at their official website and liked the modern architecture and premium amenities. The clubhouse, landscaped gardens, swimming pool, and kids’ play area looked impressive. The 2 and 3 BHK layouts seemed spacious with good ventilation and smart design. The starting price of Rs. 1.59 Cr felt a bit premium but reasonable for the location. My brother told me it was good, but we can explore some other projects before making a final decision.
