Before visiting this property, I read a TVS Udyana review and learned about the amenities they have, which are swimming pool, party area, gym, indoor games, children's play area, tennis court, etc. Besides that, I also learned about the TVS Udyana price, which was starting from Rs. 98.99 Lakhs. Before making the final decision, I asked about the TVS Udyana RERA number, which was TN/ 01/Building/0088/2023. After this, I bought an apartment here.

Hey guys, So this TVS Udyana review is based on my recent visit to this project. I decided to visit this project as it has received several positive reviews for its strategic location, spacious layouts, and modern amenities. I liked the TVS Udyana location and some of its locational advantages are,
8 Kms from Tambaram Railway Station
13 Kms from Chennai International Airport
Access from GST Road, Tambaram Via Tambaram – Velachery Main road
Apart from these, this project is in close proximity to my son’s school that is Boaz CBSE Public School- 3.4 km. This is also a RERA registered project and the TVS Udyana RERA number is TN/01/Building/0092/2023, and TN/01/Building/0088/2023. Overall, I am happy with this project. I am planning to pay the booking amount this weekend.
