I have been exploring under-construction societies to invest in and found many positive reviews about TVS Emerald Verde Vista. When I visited the project, I saw that it offers almost all basic amenities like CCTV cameras, car parking, lifts, a swimming pool, a gym, a kids’ play area, and more. One of the best things is that the properties are Vastu compliant. The society is also well-connected.
The Kazhipattur Bus Stop is just 2 minutes away.
Rajiv Gandhi Salai (IT Expressway/OMR Road) is 4 minutes away.
The upcoming Siruseri Metro Station is about 8 minutes away.
This makes the location very convenient for using public transport. After seeing all this, I decided to invest here.

The project is being constructed on 4.85 acres of land with one tower and offers 355 units. They have 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The price range for TVS Emerald Verde Vista is around Rs. 72.5 lakh to Rs. 1.43 crore. Everything seems good to me, but the possession is after 5 years, which is too late for me.

Two weeks ago, I visited TVS Emerald Verde Vista to learn more about the project. The sales team told me they offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The price for a 2 BHK (952–965 sq ft) is around Rs 72.5 lakh, and a larger 2 BHK (1096–1122 sq ft) costs about Rs 76.8 lakh. The prices can go up to Rs 1.43 crore. When I asked about the possession date, they said it is December 2030. The RERA number for the project is TN/35/Building/0044/2025dated10-02-2025. The price seems quite reasonable to me, so I am seriously thinking about investing here.
