I have booked a property in this project. The Triveni Pearl address is near the MSEB Office, Sapad Gaon, Adharwadi, Khadakpada, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421301. This project is still under construction, and the expected possession date is by January 2029. It is strategically located on Ring Road. It is a 21 storey tower, and the configuration includes 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes, with basement + ground + 1 retail spaces. However, let me tell you if you are planning to go for a 1 BHK, then be fast with the booking process, as only a few of them are available. Overall, this is definitely a good project to invest in.
