I have booked a property in this project. This project offers 418 numbers of 3, and 4 BHK apartments, and is still under construction, and the possession date is by August 2029. It is within a 4.7 acres, gated community. This is also a RERA registered project and the RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/250325/007619. I think this is definitely a good project to invest in.

Hi, It is a BBMP and RERA approved project. Locationally this is situated in a prime location, with Prestige tech park, and Cessna tech park within 3 Km. Several renowned schools are within 2.5 km like Orchids, NPS, and so on. Brookefield mall, and Dmart is within 4.5 km. Overall, a very nice project and one can invest here as they will get good property appreciation rates.
