Decent though project here in Jakkur. They have 3 and 4 BHK homes, which I would say are extremely spacious, with carpet area starting from 2600 sq. ft. and exceeding 6000 sq. ft. Like when I checked the pricing, it did seem pretty high, but given the area of these apartments, starting at Rs. 5.4 crores. So I would say the property is ultra premium and if that is what you are looking for, then this can be one option to consider.

Have been on the lookout for a 3 BHK apartment in North Bangalore and came across this one. The property is high-end with architecture and features of high quality. Some of the things I was quite impressed by were the library, clinic and pharmacy, theatre, salon and spa, heated pool, cafe and squash courts. We are still in talks and may finalise the flat by this month.

One thing I really like about the property here is how they have focused on adding natural elements. Wooden furniture, fittings and greenery around is something that makes the place really appealing to spend time on the weekends and just in general. The project is also RERA registered, so we are considering booking the 3 BHK here.
