I have already booked a 2 BHK of 642 sq ft here last month as it met all the requirements I have. It is under construction and the TMSR Skyler possession date I received is September 2028. Also, the location is amazing. I am a lecturer at BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women, and it is just 2.7 km away from this residential project. Apart from this, I liked the following things.
The kitchen and other sections of the apartments are supplied with 100% purified water via a hydro-pneumatic and gravity system.
There will be a car wash available on the parking level.
Every bedroom and living space has the provision of a split air conditioning system without copper pipes.
8 lifts: 4 lifts in each wing, 3 passenger lifts and 1 service lift.
TMSR Skyler price ranges from Rs. 89.87 lakhs and Rs. 1.34 crore.
Overall, I will rate them 4.5 out of 5.
