The price ranges from Rs. 1.22 Cr to Rs. 2.5 Cr. Trust me the price is standard for any 2 to 3 BHK flat in this locality. So I do not think that the builder is charging extra. I am planning to buy a 4 BHK with a carpet area of 1840 sqft.

Locationally, this project is prime. With close proximity to Pimpri-Chinchwad
3.3 km. The closest train stations include: Akurdi 3.4 km, and Chinchwad Junction
2.4 km. It is also close to metro stations like: PCMC 2.5 km or 5 mins, and Sant Tukaram Nagar, which is just 8.0 km, and can be reached within 15 mins. Overall, a nice project to invest in. However, my only concern is construction quality. I hope they offer good quality construction, and deliver it on time.
