Swastik Epitome reviews, so visited there last week. The rooms are built as per Vastu, and the flat size seemed pretty good to me. My friend told me about the builder as well, and the good thing is that the property is approved by RERA. The ID is P99000012158, P99000006718. We are exploring some good properties in Mumbai, and came across this project last month. I went there with my sister and found the apartments pretty and spacious. However, I am not really sure about the location, because it’s a little far from my workplace. Swastik Epitome address is
near DMart, Manvelpada, Virar East, and my office is located in Khaniwade, which will be around 15 kms from here. I don’t mind commuting as there are bus stops nearby, but I’m afraid it will be a bit of a hassle for me.
Anyway, it’s a gated community, and very secure for families. Also, I liked all the facilities provided here, like gym, parking, CCTV, lift, etc. Oh, and there’s a power backup as well. My sister wants to finalise this but I want to explore some more projects near to my office location. But if you’re looking for a property in Virar East, it’s a good one to consider.

I visited this property with my brother and found the apartments quite spacious and airy. There are in total 2 towers and 434 units of 1 and 2 BHK apartments. You will also find a variety of amenities here, from parking facilities to Vastu-compliant rooms and party halls. I loved the location, too. My brother’s office is close by and Nala Sopara train station is just 15 minutes from here. We want to move into a 2 BHK flat, and found that the Swastik Epitome price list fits our budget well. The starting price is 63 lakhs, and considering the safe location and infrastructure nearby, I find it quite good. We are yet to finalise, but I’d personally suggest you visit here once if you’re looking to purchase a property in Virar East.
