What are the Sumadhura Palais Royale, Khajaguda, Hyderabad Reviews?

Sumadhura Palais Royale is a statement in opulent living, not just a skyscraper. Their low-density master planning offers privacy and openness. And, this is becoming more and more difficult to find in today's upscale buildings. This is what immediately attracts us. Another thing that attracted me was its location. Outstanding location. I am saying this because of the following reasons:

1. Amazon Office or Google Office: 10 minutes away

2. Oakridge International School: 3.9 km

3. Delhi Public School: 4.8 km

4. Apollo Hospital and Continental Hospital: 10 minutes away

5. Hyderabad Lingampalli Railway Station: 25 minutes away

This is why I booked a 4BHK of 2873 sq ft carpet area. I will rate them 5 out of 5.

Recently visited the Sumadhura Palais Royale location and was amazed by the location and floor plan. This project has 4 BHK luxury homes (3,800 sq ft to 4,850 sq ft) and 5 BHK premium mansions (6,500 sq ft to 6,610 sq ft). Each huge luxury apartment arrangement includes its own sky patio, dual kitchens, and dedicated work studios. And you know what, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is just 25 minutes away from this residential project. I am very happy with my purchase.

My uncle was interested in purchasing a property here and thus he asked me check a few Sumadhura Palais Royal hyderabad review. After checking the reviews, we decided to visit the site. 

During out visit to the property, we enquired about the amenities they were offering. We checked the unit configurations and every other aspect. My uncle also enquired about the price of the units and he was quite content with what they were quoting. He finally, asked whether the houses are Vastu compliant or not. He executive wasnt’ able to asnwer that question and thus we decided not to purchase. However we went to

which is quite near and booked an unit there.

My wife’s best friend bought an apartment in Sumadhura Palais Royale and my wife wanted an apartment there as well. I decided to visit the project and learn about the Sumadhura Palais Royale unit configuration. 

After arriving there I asked them about the Sumadhura Palais Royale 3BHK price and 4BHK price. The executive told me that the minimum price for the 3BHK starts from Rs. 3.34 Crore. As the price was in my budget, I decided to book a unit with them. I have added the configuration details of the project below.

As I was interested in purchasing a 4 BHK unit, I came across an banner ad of Sumadhura Palais Royale. They were offering luxurious 3 BHKs and 4 BHKs and thus I decided to check some Sumadhura Palais Royale Kokapet reviews. 

From the reviews I came to know about the Sumadhura Palais Royale location, which was Khajaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075. I decided to visit the location and upon arrival learned about the various amenities they were offering. I also asked about the Sumadhura Palais Royale RERA number and possession date which they told me was P02400008107 and April 2030 respectively. After that I decided to book a 4 BHK unit with them.
