He said that the starting price is Rs. 2.15 crores. I asked the executive about the Sumadhura Folium Phase 3 1BHK and 2BHK prices.To which I got to know that they only offer 3, and 4 BHK. Following that he provided me with the carpet areas of the 3 BHK and 4BHk units.

I visited the Sumadhura Folium Phase 2 last time and loved the project. I wanted a 3BHK unit at that time but all those were booked. I left my contact information with them and asked them to call in case of any future projects. I got a call from them after the launch of Sumadhura Folium Phase 3.
