I checked this project a couple of months ago and here is a quick summary of what I think. I see the location as a big factor in property purchase as the Sublime Spring Elmas address is in Sector 12. This a well connected and developed locality of Noida. The project is connected to the NH-9 and lets you connect to the rest of the city. Gaur Chowk is nearby, with reputed hospitals like Fortis in Sector 62 ain’t that far, too.
Coming to the Sublime Spring Elmas price list, the starting rate is Rs. 1.25 crore, which I feel is a good price for the offering.

First up, the project is pretty luxurious, something we’ve been looking for.
The Sublime Spring Elmas Apartment sizes are huge as the 3 BHK ranges between 1350 to 1900 sq. ft. and the 4 BHK is 2450 sq. ft. in area. We have two kids, so this is a good house for everyone to live comfortably and in their space.
We are yet to make a decision, but this is definitely at the top of our consideration. I recommend checking out the property site once.
