I inquired about the services offered by State Cargo packers and was left disappointed by the person on the other line. They gave me a quote of Rs. 9,500 and expected me to pay 30% of the amount then and there.
I had no issue in paying the booking amount, but 30% was a bit too much, that too on the first time I called them. I suggested paying the amount on the movement date but the person denied it. The company needs to work on this as it is not fair to customers.

I am writing this State Cargo packers and Movers review to share my recent experience of shifting houses in Delhi. I had a good time while shifting through the company. They didn’t cause any damage and were careful with the items.
But, I have one complaint, which is the number of labourers they sent. There were only three people and out of those, only one knew the work. The rest of the two seemed incapable of working. It thus took some time to pack and load the items. So, I request the company to send a professional and the needed number of labour for such a big job.
