I’ve purchased a semi-furnished apartment at Sowparnika Skanda. The Sowparnika Skanda location is Sadarmangala Road, Hudi, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048. I learned about this from an online ad and decided to visit it. After visiting the project I asked about the Sowparnika Skanda REAR ID, which they told me was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. Since it was approved by RERA I bought a unit there.

I visited the Sowparnika Skanda with a friend of mine. During the visit, I asked about the Sowparnika Skanda unit configuration and price. I visited the Sowparnika Skanda project with my uncle after he came across a Sowparnika Skanda Review. My uncle was quite interested in the amenities they were providing and enquired about those. The executive told us that they have a swimming pool, gym, and even a jogging track. He said they also have a children's play area and 24/7 security with CCTV coverage and rainwater harvesting. Now, my uncle is planning to purchase an apartment there.
