Hello. We went through several Sobha Habitech reviews before making our mind to visit the society. We have been in search of a good 2 BHK house in Bengalu for months now. Well this is one society that we did like based on our preferences. The Sobha Habitech address is on the Channasandra Main Road, Ambedkar Nagar in Whitefield. As this is a property developed by Sobha, we aren’t worried about the construction quality.
The society will turn 10 years old this year but the maintenance has kept it looking good. You see great view from the flats and the best part is the houses are huge. We are yet to make an offer, but it does look like a good deal to go ahead with.

My partner and I saw 3 BHK flats for resale here last month. We liked a flat and asked for the Sobha Habitech price list. The 3 BHK is being sold for Rs. 2.4 crores, which is a bit steep. Given the features in the home, we do understand the pricing. There are 2 balconies, 1852 sq. ft. of big built up area and rates in this area are anyways on the rise. We might stretch our budget for this, as the flat is the one we’ve liked the most compared to the ones we have visited thus far.

We own a 2 BHK flat in Sobha Habitech and it is close to 10 years since we moved here. I can say that the call was right from our end to buy the house. The society is roughly 2 km from the metro station and Whiefield is seeing a quick growth in commercial setup, which will boost the resale value of our house. As an investment, this can be a good decision. The homes are spacious with a range of amenities. There is a tennis court, library, amphitehatre, ATM, visitor’s parking and more.
